If you do need to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item. At that point we will issue you an RA (return authoriztion) number. This number must appear on the outside of the box(es) you ship to us. There will be an automatic 10% re-stocking fee on all returned items to cover our original shipping and handling costs. All returned tems must be in original boxes: if not, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Any items damaged will be subject to a percentage refund based on resale value as damaged goods. All wind instruments, horns and microphones may not be returned due to health reasons. Customer is responsible for all return/warranty claim shipping costs.
